2025학년도 2학기 대학원 과정 수강신청 안내
◦ A course registration must be done by a student oneself, and the result of the registration must be checked from the Course Registration Confirmation Menu(Onestop → 수업(Courses) → 수강신청 및 확인(Course Registration & Confirmation). It is your responsibility for checking and printing the result, keeping it so that no inconveniences occur due to technical errors. (Diploma candidates must pay attention to this!) ◦ Please note that due to departmental circumstances, classroom locations and class schedules may be subject to change. The course list is for reference purposes only. ◦ According to the 「PNU Regulation of Education Composition and Operation, Article 6」, courses completed in a Master's degree cannot be completed again in a Ph.D. degree. If completed, they will not be counted. |

1. Wish List
◦ Total number of courses available: Maximum 7 courses, even if schedules overlap
◦ Courses can still be registered even if they are not on the wish list

2. Course Registration
◦ How to Registration: 학생지원시스템(Onestop) - 로그인(Log-in) - 수업(Courses) - 수강신청및확인(Course Registration & Confirmation) - 정규학기수강신청(Course Registration for Regular Semester)
※ If the course has reached its enrollment limit:
- During the course registration period (8. 11–8. 19), you may register only if a spot becomes available due to another student’s cancellation. (Course capacity cannot be increased during this period.)
- If you are unable to register by 8. 19. due to full enrollment, you must contact the course instructor directly starting 8. 20. to ask if additional enrollment is possible.
- Even if you have received permission from the department office to enroll in a full course, you must still complete the registration yourself through the course registration system.

※ Failure to complete course registration within the designated period may result in expulsion, so please be aware.
3. 1st Course Cancellation Notice and 1st Course Correction
※ The 1st Course Correction period is for 'the LAST Course Correction'. The 2nd Coures Correction Period is for only students applying for the 2nd Cancelled Course.

◦ 1st Course Correction(Add & Drop) : 2025. 9. 1.(Mon) 08:00 ~ 9. 5.(Fri) 23:59
※ In particular, course registration and changes will not be possible after the course correction period.

4. 2nd Course Cancellation Notice and 2nd Course Correction
◦ 2nd Course Cancellation Notice : 2025. 9. 12.(Fri)
◦ 2nd Course Correction Eligibility
- Students who registered for courses that were canceled in the second round.

5. Withdrawal(w)
◦ Period : 2025. 9. 29.(Mon) 09:00 ~ 10. 2.(Thu) 18:00
◦ Menu : 학생지원시스템 – 수업 – 수강취소 - 정규학기웹신청
◦ Maximum number of courses that can be dropped: Up to 2 courses
- After dropping courses, students must remain enrolled in at least 3 credits.
◦ How to Withdraw : The student must complete the Course Drop Request Form directly via Onestop (Web), print it out, obtain the course instructor’s approval (signature), and submit it to the GSIS Office.
◦ 수강신청은 반드시 학생 본인이 하여야 하며, 수강신청 결과는 수강확인 메뉴(학생지원시스템→수업→수강신청 및 확인)에서 반드시 확인하고 내용을 보관하여 과목의 누락이나 수강 오류로 인한 불이익을 받지 않도록 주의하시기 바랍니다. (특히, 수료예정자 유의) ◦ 2025학년도 2학기 개설강좌일람표 및 수강편람은 학생지원시스템- 수업- 수강편람 – 대학원 페이지 상단에 파일을 탑재하오니 수강신청에 참고하시기 바랍니다. ※ 학과 사정에 따라 강의실, 수업시간 등이 변경될 수 있으니 개설강좌일람표는 참고용으로만 활용 ◦ 「부산대학교교육과정편성및운영규정 제6조(이수 무효)」석사과정에서 이수한 과목은 박사과정에서 다시 이수할 수 없으며, 이수하였을 경우 무효로 하므로 수강신청 시 유의하여 주시기 바랍니다. |

| 유의사항 |
1. 희망과목 담기
◦ 희망과목담기 강좌 수 : 7개 강좌까지 시간표 중복과 관계없이 가능
◦ 희망과목담기를 하지 않았더라도 수강신청 기간에 수강신청 가능
◦ 희망과목담기 결과(신청인원) 확인
- 메뉴 : 학생지원시스템 - 수업 - 수강신청및확인-희망과목희망담기신청인원 확인
2. 수강신청
◦ 메뉴 : 학생지원시스템 - 로그인 - 수업 – 수강신청및확인 – 정규학기수강신청
※ 수강가능 인원이 초과된 경우
- 수강신청 기간(8.11.~8.19.) 동안에는 다른 학생의 수강 취소로 생긴 여석에 한해 수강신청 가능함. (이 기간 중에는 과목별 수강인원 증원 불가)
- 8월 19일까지 수강신청을 하지 못한 경우, 8월 20일부터는 해당 교과목 담당 교수에게 수강인원 증원 가능 여부를 별도로 문의해야 함.
- 수강가능 인원이 초과된 경우, 개설학과 사무실을 통해 수강허가를 받았더라도 반드시 본인이 직접 수강신청을 해야 함.
◦ 기타 유의사항: 수강신청 전 GSIS Academic Guide를 통해 수료요건 반드시 확인

※ 정해진 기간 안에 수강신청을 하지 않으면 제적대상자가 되므로 유의
3. 복학예정자의 수강신청
◦ 복학예정자도 수강신청기간 및 수강정정기간에 수강신청 가능
◦ 임시출석부 및 확정출석부를 각각 출력하는 시점까지 복학되어 있지 않을 경우 복학예정자의 수강신청 내역은 삭제됨
- 임시출석부 출력 전 수강신청 내역 삭제 : ‘25. 8. 27.(수) 18:00 이후
- 확정출석부 출력 전 수강신청 내역 삭제 : ’25. 9. 16.(화) 18:00 이후
4. 대기순번 신청 ※ 학부 교과목에 대해서만 신청 가능
◦ 국제전문대학원 학생은 학부 교과목을 신청할 수 없음
5. 1차 폐강강좌 공고 및 1차 수강정정
※ 2차 수강정정은 2차 폐강 강좌 수강 신청자에 한해 가능하므로, 사실상 1차 수강정정 기간이 최종 수강정정 기간임을 유의하시기 바랍니다.
◦ 1차 폐강강좌 공고 : 2025. 8. 26.(화)
◦ 1차 수강정정 기간 : 2025. 9. 1.(월) 08:00 ~ 9. 5.(금) 23:59
◦ 1차 수강정정 대상 : 복학예정자를 포함한 대학원과정 학생, 타 대학원생
※ 특히, 수강정정기간 이후 수강신청 및 정정은 절대 불가

6. 2차(최종) 폐강강좌 공고 및 2차 수강정정
◦ 2차 폐강강좌 공고 : 2025. 9. 12.(금)
◦ 2차 수강정정 대상
- 2차 폐강강좌 수강신청자
- 수업시간 변경에 의한 수업시간 중복 수강신청자
- 군제대 복학생을 포함하여 수강신청 및 수강정정 기간 중에 한 강좌도 수강신청을 하지 않은 자. 단, 수강신청 후 수강삭제를 하여 한 강좌도 수강신청 되지 않은 자는 제외
◦ 메뉴 : 학생지원시스템 – 로그인 – 수업 - 수강신청 및 확인 - 정규학기수강신청
7. 수강취소(w)
◦ 기간 : 2025. 9. 29.(월) 09:00 ~ 10. 2.(목) 18:00
◦ 대상 : 대학원과정 및 타 대학원생
◦ 방법 : 학생지원시스템 – 수업 – 수강취소 - 정규학기웹신청
◦ 취소가능 교과목 수: 2과목 이내
- 수강취소 이후 수강신청 학점이 최소 3학점(법학전문대학원 9학점) 이상 되어야 함
◦ 절차 : 수강취소 신청서를 학생 본인이 학생지원시스템(Web)에서 직접 작성 하여 출력 후, 해당 교과목의 지도교수 동의(서명)를 받아 국제전문대학원 행정실로 제출
