GSIS Graduation Ceremony

1. GSIS Graduation Ceremony & Degree Certificate (Completion Certificate) Distribution, Graduation Gown Rental

  1) GSIS Graduation Ceremony

    ① Date & Time: 2025. 8. 22.(Fri), 08:45 AM ~

   * Please be seated and wear your academic gown by 10 minutes before the ceremony starts.

    ② Venue: Room 810, Samsung Industry-University Cooperation Building(508)

    ③ Details: Before the official ceremony, the Dean will present degree certificates to graduates in a brief ceremony. We encourage all graduates to attend.

  2) Graduation Gown Rental

    ① Date & Time: 2025. 8. 22.(Fri), 08:30 AM ~ 2:00 PM

    ② Venue: BnG Room, Samsung Industry-University Cooperation Building(508)

    ③ Rental Fee

       - No deposit required if the gown is only worn for the GSIS Graduation Ceremony.

       - A deposit of 50,000 KRW (cash) is required if you leave the building after wearing the gown. The deposit will be refunded upon return of the gown.

    ④ Return Deadline: 2:00 PM (Note: The GSIS office lunch break is from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM).

※ Important: Please ensure that the graduation cap and gown are returned clean and undamaged. Special care should be taken to avoid damaging the edges of the cap and the tassel.

   3) Degree Certificates & Completion Certificates Distribution

    ① Date & Time: After the GSIS Graduation Ceremony, during GSIS office operating hours

    ② Venue: GSIS Office

    ③ In-person Pick-Up: Please bring your ID card for pick-up.

    ④ Proxy Pick-Up: Submit the attached form for a third party to pick up on your behalf.

※ Note: Only Korean-language degree certificates will be distributed at the ceremony. International students must pick up their English degree certificates from the GSIS Office.

2. PNU Graduation Ceremony (Attendance not required)

  1) Date & Time: 2025. 8. 22.(Fri), 10:00 AM ~

  2) Venue: Kyung-am Gymnasium, Pusan National University

  3) Eligibility: Ph.D. graduates and designated master’s degree representatives

3. Alumni Association Fee Payment & Gift Collection (Not mandatory)

  1) Amount: 20,000 KRW (cash)

  2) Gift: A gift will be given upon payment of the alumni fee.

  3) Benefits: Alumni benefits via PNU Alumni Association (www.pnuaa.net) include discounts at hospitals and funeral homes.

1. 국제전문대학원 자체 학위수여식 및 학위기(수료증서) 배부, 학위복 대여

  1) 국제전문대학원 자체 학위수여식

    ① 일시: 2025. 8. 22.(금), 08:45 ~

   * 행사 시작 10분 전까지 학위복 착복 후 착석 요망

    ② 장소: 삼성산학협동관 810호 강의실

    ③ 행사 내용: 공식 학위수여식 전에 원장님께서 졸업생들에게 학위기를 수여하는 간단한 행사 예정. 많은 참석 부탁드립니다.

  2) 학위복 대여

    ① 일시: 2025. 8. 22.(금), 08:30 ~ 14:00

    ② 장소: 삼성산학협동관 BnG

    ③ 대여 비용

       - 국제전문대학원 자체 학위수여식에서만 입을 경우 보증금 없음

       - 착복 후 삼성산학협동관을 나갈 경우, 보증금 50,000원(현금), 반납시 보증금 반환

    ④ 반납 시간: 14:00까지 (* 행정실 점심시간: 12:00~13:00)

※ 주의: 학위모 및 학사모 대여 시 오염 및 파손 없이 반납해야 하며, 특히 학사모 모서리 파손 및 술 떨어짐을 방지해 주시기 바랍니다.

   3) 학위기 및 수료증서 배부

    ① 일시: 학위수여식 종료 후, 행정실 운영시간 내

    ② 장소: 국제전문대학원 행정실

    ③ 본인 수령: 신분증 지참

    ④ 대리수령 방법: 첨부파일 제출

※ 참고: 학위수여식에서는 국문 학위기만 배부되며, 외국인 학생은 영문 학위기를 국제전문대학원 행정실에서 반드시 받아가야 합니다.

2. 부산대학교 학위수여식 공식 행사 (참석 필수 아님)

  1) 일시: 2025.02.28.(금) 10:00~

  2) 장소: 부산대학교 경암체육관

  3) 참석대상: 박사학위자 및 석사학위 대표 수령자

3. 총동문회비 납부 및 기념품 수령 (필수 아님)

  1) 금액: 20,000원 현금

  2) 기념품 증정: 총동문회비 납부 시 기념품 증정

  3) 혜택: 부산대학교총동문회(www.pnuaa.net) 동문혜택→ 병원 및 장례식장 할인혜택 참고
