재입학 신청

Application for Re-admission   

  1. 신청 대상 Qualification  

   - 학칙 제 67조에 따라 제적된 자 Expelled students

   - 재학연한초과자, 연속 3회 학사경고자, 징계로 출학된 제적자는 제적된 날로부터 6개월이 경과한 후 소속대학 교수회의 승인을 받아 신청이 가능함

   - 제적당시의 모집단위가 재입학시 폐지되었을 경우 유사학과에 재입학 가능

  2. 신청 기한 (Application term)  

  - 국제전문대학원 행정실 (삼성산학협동관 801호)로 제출 Submit Application form to GSIS office (Sanhak Bldg. #801) 

  3. 제출서류 (Required Documents)

   - 재입학원서 application form for re-admission (attached)

   - 성적증명서 transcripts (성적이수학기가 없을 경우 재입학원서에 "성적이수없음" 표기)

  4. 재입학 허가 예정일 (Scheduled date for Permission of readmission)

   - 추후 알림 Further Notification

신청서를 작성하여 국제전문대학원 행정실에 제출해 주시기 바랍니다.

* 교수님의 서명 또는 도장이 날인 되어야 할 경우 반드시 담당 교수님께 직접 서명/도장을 받아 제출해 주십시오. 서명이 없을 경우 서류 접수가 불가능할 수 있음을 알려드립니다.
