[2025-2] Scholarship Application Notice (Application Period: ~2025.12.18.(Thu))

장학금 신청 안내 (신청기간: ~12.18.(목))

The following is the announcement for the 2025-2 scholarship program designed to support research publication and Korean language learning.

This scholarship is a one-semester, special support program, established to encourage outstanding research achievements and Korean language improvement.

Please review the information below and submit your application within the deadline.

※ Applicants must meet both eligibility requirements listed in Sections 1) and 2) to apply for this scholarship.

1. General Eligibility

  1) Students must be enrolled in the 2025-2 semester and have a minimum GPA of 3.5 in the previous semester.

     - New students may apply; however, only grades obtained after matriculation are recognized.

     - Exchange students, graduates, students who have completed coursework, and research students after completion of coursework are not eligible to apply.

  2) Only achievements obtained within the following period are eligible:

     - 2025.01.01. – 2025.12.18.

2. Scholarship Categories and Requirements (Choose one)

2-1.Journal Publication Scholarship (Domestic and International)

   1) Amount: 400,000 KRW per published paper

     - If there is only one GSIS student author: the full amount (400,000 KRW) will be awarded.

     - If there are two or more GSIS student authors: the 400,000 KRW will be equally divided among the GSIS-affiliated authors.

      (* Each eligible GSIS author must submit an individual application form.)

   2) Requirements:

     - The paper must indicate the author’s affiliation as ‘Pusan National University, GSIS.’

     - Papers published in KCI candidate journals are not eligible.

   3) Required Documents:

     - Scholarship application form

     - Official Transcript (available at https://pnu.certpia.com/)

     - PDF file or offprint of the published paper

     - (If submitting an acceptance letter: the expected publication date must be stated, and only papers scheduled for publication by 2025.12.31. are recognized.)

2-2. PNU Korean Language Program Completion Scholarship

   1) Amount: 200,000 KRW per completed course

   2) Eligible Completion Period: 2025.01.01. – 2025.12.31.

   3) Required Documents:

     - Scholarship application form

     - Official Transcript (available at https://pnu.certpia.com/)

     - Screenshot of completion record from the Language Education Institute website (“Course Registration → Completion History”)

2-3. TOPIK Score Scholarship

   1) Eligible Level: TOPIK Level 4 or above

   2) Amount: 200,000 KRW

   3) Eligible Period for Obtaining Scores: 2025.01.01. – 2025.12.18.

   4) Required Documents:

     - Scholarship application form

     - Official Transcript (available at https://pnu.certpia.com/)

     - Official TOPIK score report

3. Application Procedure

   1) Submission Method: Visit the GSIS Office, or Submit via e-mail (gsis@pusan.ac.kr)

  ※ Due to possible email reception issues, applicants are strongly encouraged to submit the required documents in person whenever possible.

   2) Required Documents: Scholarship application form and all relevant supporting documents for each category

   3) Deadline: 2025.12.18.(Thu), 17:00

4. Announcement of Results: Successful applicants will be notified individually in December 2025.

2025학년도 2학기 논문게재 장려 및 한국어 학습 지원을 위한 장학금 신청을 다음과 같이 안내드립니다.

우수한 연구 성과와 한국어 학습을 장려하기 위한 이번 학기 한시적 장학 지원이오니, 아래 내용을 확인하시고 기한 내 신청해 주시기 바랍니다.

※ 본 장학금은 아래의 공통 신청 자격 1)과 2)를 모두 충족한 경우에만 신청 가능합니다

1. 공통 신청 자격

  1) 2025학년도 2학기 재학생으로서 직전학기 평점평균이 3.5 이상인 자

     - 신입생도 신청 가능하나, 입학 이후 취득한 성적만 인정됨

     - 교환학생, 졸업생, 수료생 및 수료 후 연구생은 신청 불가

  2) 아래의 인정 기간 내 성과만 신청 가능

     - 2025.01.01. ~ 2025.12.18. 사이에 게재·취득·이수한 실적

2. 장학금 종류 및 세부 기준 (택 1)

2-1. 국내·외 학술지 논문 게재 장학금

   1) 장학금액: 1편당 400,000원

     - GSIS 소속 학생이 1명인 경우: 40만 원 전액 지급

     - GSIS 소속 학생이 2명 이상인 경우: 40만 원을 GSIS 소속 저자 수에 따라 균등 분할 지급

      (* 분할 지급 대상자인 경우, GSIS 소속 저자 모두 개별적으로 신청서를 제출해야 함)

   2) 인정 기준:

     - 논문에 반드시 ‘부산대학교 국제전문대학원’ 소속 표기

     - KCI 등재후보지 제외

   3) 제출 서류:

     - 장학금 신청서

     - 성적증명서 (https://pnu.certpia.com/ 에서 출력)

     - 게재 논문 별쇄본 또는 PDF 파일

     - (게재예정증명서 제출 시: 게재예정일이 명시되어야 하며, 2025.12.31.까지 게재 예정된 경우에 한해 인정)

2-2. 부산대학교 언어교육원 한국어 수업 이수 장학금

   1) 장학금액: 과목당 200,000원

   2) 이수 인정 기간: 2025.01.01. ~ 2025.12.31.

   3) 제출 서류:

     - 장학금 신청서

     - 성적증명서 (https://pnu.certpia.com/ 에서 출력)

     - 언어교육원 홈페이지 ‘수강신청 → 이수내역’ 캡처본

2-3. 한국어능력시험(TOPIK) 성적 취득 장학금

   1) 신청 가능 급수: TOPIK 4급 이상

   2) 장학금액: 200,000원

   3) 취득 인정 기간: 2025.01.01. ~ 2025.12.18.

   4) 제출 서류:

     - 장학금 신청서

     - 성적증명서 (https://pnu.certpia.com/ 에서 출력)

     - TOPIK 성적표

3. 신청 방법

   1) 제출처: 국제전문대학원 행정실 방문 또는 이메일 제출

     - E-mail: gsis@pusan.ac.kr

    ※ 이메일 수신 오류 등의 사유로, 구비서류는 되도록 방문하여 제출해 주시기 바랍니다.

   2) 제출서류: 장학금 신청서 및 해당 항목의 구비서류 일체

   3) 신청기한: 2025.12.18.(목) 17시까지

4. 선발결과 발표: 2025년 12월 중 선발된 학생에게 개별 통보 예정
